• your banner must be 88 x 31, thank you.
  
• specify if you want scrolling, static, or sister site.
  
• any site is acceptable as long as it's active. now i dont mean you have to have alot of members, just at least 1 member on everyday.
  
• your site must abide by the proboards terms of service.
  
• no form, use your own.
